Refund Policy

Guarantee Period

You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of your purchase confirmation date, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law (Lei nº 8.078/90, art. 49).

How to Request a Refund

• Send an e-mail to rewordsapoyo@gmail.com
• Subject line: "Refund – Order #XXXX"
• Include your full name, purchase e-mail, and order number.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout within up to 7 (seven) business days.

Exceptions

• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
• Accidental purchases must follow the same procedure and deadline.
